Establish gender recognition, HRW tells SL

The New York-based global rights organization, Human Rights Watch (HRW) Monday called on the Sri Lankan government to abolish anti-LGBTI Laws and establish gender recognition policy to protect the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) community.
